DBE has provided general consulting services to the South Coast Water Distinct (SCWD) since 1980. Services have been provided under formal and informal as-needed services agreements and range from assisting with grant applications to planning and feasibility studies to field investigations to providing CAD drafting and graphics assistance to SCWD staff. |

DBE has been selected by the Carlsbad Municipal Water District (CMWD) to provide as-needed consulting services on a formal contract basis for the past five years. The annual as-needed budget has ranged form $25,000 to $150,000. Projects have mostly consisted of planning studies and small water, recycled and sewer pipeline designs. |

DBE has completed several annual as-needed services agreements for the water and sewer departments of the Long Beach Water Department during the past few years. Projects have consisted of a wide range of services from trouble shooting problematic sewer system odors to preparing recycled water engineering reports and on-site retrofitting plans. |
