Assisted the District in the preparation of exhibits showing revised boundaries, additional new facilities to serve expanded area, preliminary cost estimates, preparation of USDA and LAFCO applications and application coordination and processing with the Agencies. The scope of services also includes design and construction support of new facilities. |

After completing the Sub Area Master Plan (SAMP) for water, sewer and recycled facilities, IRWD selected DBE to prepare a Plan of Works (POW) for this former Marine Corps Air Station. The final POW incorporated projects totaling $88 million for on-site plus off-site potable water, recycled water and wastewater facilities necessary to fully serve the proposed redevelopment of the base. |

In conjunction with preparation of an alternatives study and design plans and specifications for 6,600 LF of sewer replacement, DBE provided numerous special consulting services to the City. The challenges of the rural project were various irregular shaped properties, inaccurate property fences, and an existing collection sewer and unpaved access road not exactly within the easements. DBE prepared graphic and photographic exhibits showing various alternatives for public meetings and private discussions, and assisted the City gain a consensus with affected property owners. |
