The Planning Area (PA) 6 facilities consist of 2.2 and 3.5 MG partially buried reservoirs, Zone 4 to 6 and Zone C to D Booster Pumping Stations and several thousand feet of 20-inch and 24-inch transmission mains. The Zone C to D Recycled Water Pumping Station consists of four (4) 125 HP pumps with a firm capacity of 4,000 GPM. The masonry block structure also houses the Zone 4 to Zone 6 Potable Water Pumping Station and backup power generation for all pumps. A sodium hypochlorite system is also located on the site. |

DBE conducted an in-depth site location study for a new recycled water pumping station. The study included preliminary pump station layouts, sizing, estimated construction costs and development of a site rating matrix. Final recommendations for the facility layout and site were developed. |

This facility consists of two (2) 630 GPM, 60 HP pump stations, hydropneumatic tanks on both suction and discharge and a reverse flow pressure reducing station. All equipment, except the tanks, is housed within an architectural masonry building. This strategic facility allows the District to move recycled water in either direction to enhance water quality and maximize use of recycled water sources in either pressure zone. |
