This project included nine sites that required catch basin, weirs, pipelines and valves. Additionally, three sites required pump stations. Project challenges included coordination with businesses and residential properties, complex utility conflicts, and managing heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. |

This project was designed by DBE, and successfully increased the station capacity with the addition of another engine driven pump, parallel 30-inch RCP discharge pipe, new LPG fuel system and new water level sensors and alarms. |

DBE designed site and station modifications to provide flood protection at the two existing facilities. Improvements included revised site access & grading, waterproof bulkhead entry doors, modified electrical power services and modified hatches & vents. |
