DBE received this award for contribution to engineering for the Ladera Ranch Planned Community in Orange County, California. DBE was responsible for preparation of engineering studies, construction plans and specifications for domestic water, recycled water and sewer facilities for Santa Margarita Water District through five phases of construction over a 4 year period. |
