DBE
provides paid time off to encourage employees to become active within
their communities. DBE staff can regularly be found coaching baseball
and soccer, working at swim meets and volunteering with organizations
such as Habitat for Humanity. A brief description of some of our latest
community involvement is listed below:

2006
Children's Water Education Festival |
Several
DBE employees participated in this event hosted by the Orange County
Water District Groundwater Guardian Team and Disneyland Resort.
The festival offers more than 70 interactive and fun-filled activities
that teach elementary school students about the environment and
the important role they play in preserving one of our most precious
natural resources – drinking water.

Orangewood
Children’s Foundation |
DBE has several volunteers that have participated
in various events. Additionally, DBE provides a company sponsorship
for this organization. Orangewood Children’s Foundation is
a leader in providing programs and services for Orange County's
abused, abandoned and neglected children, as well as at-risk families.

The Leukemia & Lymphoma
Society |
DBE has participated generating substantial funds
for this organization; the world's largest voluntary health organization
dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education, and patient
services.

Hurricane
Relief |
With projects and business associates in the Caribbean
and the Gulf Coast, DBE assisted hurricane relief efforts through the
following organizations: Salvation Army, American Red Cross, Cayman
Turtle Farm, Louisiana SPCA, Louisiana Episcopal Relief Fund and the
So CA Cajun Relief Fund.
